    Paula Campos Alves Holds a Math  degree from Lisbon
    Technical University. Paula has more than 25 years
    experience in leading management positions. Prior to join
    RoadMap she was, for 2 years Secretary General of the
    Portuguese Ministry of Economy. Prior to this, until 2004 she
    was Director of Shared Services, Director of Facilities
    Management,  Director of Human Resources and Director of
    Planning & Control of Portugal Telecom.

    Patricia Rebelo Pinto has more than 8 years of experience in
    procurement. Before she has joined RoadMap she was for 5
    years the head of purchasing of services division at Portugal
    Telecom. She has also worked for over 2 years as a senior
    category manager at  Jeronimo Martins (a leading Portuguese
    retailer with operations in Poland, Uk and Brazil).
    Patricia graduated in B.H.S. - Burlington High School, Iowa,    
    U.S.A. She has a degree in Business Administration from -
    Instituto Superior de Gestão, Lisbon and has Attended the 4º
    year  at “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”, Milan Italy ,
    under the Erasmus Programme
    She can speak fluent Portuguese, English,  Spanish and
    Italian

    João Baeta Henriques has more than 14 years experience in
    executive functions, world wide, both in commercial and in
    procurement areas. Before joining RoadMap he was head of
    telecom systems procurement, at Portugal Telecom, where
    he was a founding member of the global corporate
    procurement organization and was responsible for a
    purchasing annual budget of over 1 billion Euro
    comprehending a broad range of telecom segments (cable
    TV, fixed line communications, mobile, data, etc.) and
    operating in a multiplicity of markets and geographic areas,
    including: Portugal, Brazil, Morocco, Angola, East-Timor, etc.
    He also held several commercial and marketing account
    positions within Ericsson, Portuguese and European offices,
    which allows him to have a broaden view, over the
    particularities of the sales and procurement areas. He holds a
    degree in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering
    from the Technical University of Lisbon and has made several
    executive education programs at INSEAD and Portuguese
    Catholic University. He speaks fluent English, Spanish and
    Portuguese.
