Standard Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A standard cancellation fee of €250 -
will be charged for administrative expenses. There will be no refund of course fees
for cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the course.
Please note that if you are registering under special promotions, discounts
packages, group discounts or early bird discounts, cancellations are not permitted
and are not refunded.
In the event that minimum enrolment is not fulfilled RoadMap reserves the right to
cancel the seminar. In the event of workshop cancellation, all tuition and fees will be
refunded. RoadMap cannot be responsible for participants' non-refundable travel
expenses or any other additional cost
